The Chief Executive Officer will be the public face of the company and its brand, reporting to the Board and is responsible for driving the organization’s strategic vision, scaling its retail and e-commerce operations, ensuring financial growth, and maintaining the integrity of its carefully curated brand portfolio. The CEO will lead business expansion, oversee day-to-day operations, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and build a customer-centric culture that reflects the company’s passion for excellence in beauty retail.
Key Expectations of the Role
- Define and execute long-term strategy and growth plans for retail and e-commerce.
- Lead marketing, branding, and business development initiatives to expand market share and strengthen the company’s positioning.
- Oversee financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, and profitability.
- Drive commercial performance across retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels.
- Ensure operational excellence in supply chain, logistics, and customer service.
- Build and develop a high-performing executive team, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Represent the company as its chief ambassador with regulators, partners, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Uphold strong governance, compliance, and ethical business practices.
